Carl James Fuller, 82, former Appanoose County resident, died Tuesday July 18, 1978 in Phoenix, Ariz. He had lived in Phoenix since 1967.
Born January 14, 1896 in Mystic, he was the son of James and Emma Phillips Fuller. He was a retired stationary engineer for the Quaker Oats Company, Rockford, Illinois.
He was marrierd to Leah Hoover, who survives. Other survivors include two sons, Glen Fuller, Phoenix, and C. Dick Fuller, East Amhurst, N.Y.; six grandchildren and one brother Claude Fuller, Los Angeles, Calif.
The body is being brought to Johnson Funeral Home in Centerville. Services will be at the funeral home Saturday at 11a.m. with Dr. Charles Bare officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 7 to 8 p.m.
