HENRY ARTHION
TAKEN BY DEATH
AFTER OPERATION
Complications Coupled with Recent
Leg Amputation Proved Fatal
To Moravia Man

Moravia, Ia.—Henry Arthion, 77, who lived one mile west of Moravia, died at the St. Joseph's Mercy hospital at 3 a. m. yesterday, due to complications coupled with the amputation of a limb on August 14.
Mr. Arthion was born August 2, 1868 near Eddyville, the son of Thomas and Sarah Arthion and was the last member of a family of six children.
He was united in marriage to Cora Longanecker, November 20, 1890 and she preceded him in death on June 29, 1895. There are two surviving children who are Douglas Arthion, of Potomac, Illinois, and Mrs. Zelma Hulman, of Danville, Illinois. There are also two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 Tuesday at the M. B. Church with the Rev. L. B. Hawes officiating and burial will be in the Eaton cemetery.
