Farmer and Stockman of
Franklin Twp. Stricken

E. {Edward} E. Condra, prominent stockman and farmer of Franklin township, who resided near Livingston, died of an heart attack at his home
last evening, according to report received here today. Mr. Condra had been in poor health for four years but was working about the farm as usual when he was suddenly stricken, with the result that he died before aid could be summoned. The death comes as a severe shock and sorrow to his many friends and relatives.
Seven children survive, and are, Paul and Albert, of Centerville, Effie and Cica Anderson, of Dickens, Iowa, Kenneth of Moravia, Gene, of Long Beach, California, and Edith at home.
Mr. Condra was a man who had a great many friends and he will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He had lived almost his entire
life in the Livingston community having been born one mile from the site of the farm upon which he sied. He had lived on that farm for a period of 40 years.
Funeral services will be held at Livingston at 2:00 p. m. Sunday and will be conducted by the Rev. Mr. Cleeton of Seymour assisted by the Rev. Pete Thomas.
