On April 22, 1885, in Edinburg, Ind., occured the marriage of Miss Ida Ensley to Mr. Isaac Sawin, and this well known Moulton couple

Mr. and Mrs. Sawin came to Iowa in 1890, and resided on a farm near Moulton for a number of years. In 1898 they moved to Moulton and for
the past thirty-three years have lived at their home on S. Main St. Mr. Sawin and his brother, W. H. Sawin, were in the undertaking business
for about two years before they sold out, and W. H. moved to Kansas. Mr. Isaac Sawin then became associated with G. L. Bovard in the Undertaking and Furniture establishment, where he was a trusted and highly esteemed employee. He also worked for the E. R. Moen store until his retirement a few years ago.
There were three children born to bless this union, on son, Harry, dying at the age of three and a half years at the home in Indiana. The
living are Russell Sawin, of Des Moines; and Mrs. Ed Katt, of Moberly, who with their families helped to celebrate the occasion, Sunday.
Other guests, were W. H. Sawin and wife, from Atchison, Kans., and two cousins, Mrs. Florence Young and Mrs. B. F. Hew, of Bloomfield.
Mr. Sawin will celebrate another occasion Saturday, when he reaches the age of 79 years. He and his wife were the recipients of many gifts, letters and cards from their numerous friends, who wish for them continued happiness and health.
