There are no birth records that early. However, I did locate the fact that she died in Oregon and looked for her obituary.

Bertha Frances Tallmadge Hall was born on September 20, 1877 in Mason City, Cerro Gordo, Iowa and died on May 13, 1955 in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon. The source is her obituary in the Portland Oregonian on May 14, 1955.

There is also an interesting article in the Mason City Globe Gazette on June 14, 1946 when an article was written about her and her late husband, Dr. Elmo Hall.
