James Logan (jr.)

James Logan, son of James and Jane Logan of New Albin, born 1839 in NY. In 1861 he married Louisa Blackmore, dau. of William and Maria Blackmore in Lansing. Ca 1862 they had a daughter, Isabelle Logan. After her birth I can find no mention of James or Louisa. Nothing. By 1878 both James and Jane Logan were dead and had been mentioned as being Isabelle's guardian as her father James Jr. was not living. So I know he was dead by 1878. I know nothing of Louisa.
If anyone would have any ideas of where I could
search or any ideas at all, I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you.
