SMITHFIELD Cemetery grave marker

I was wondering if anyone living near the Smithfield Cemetery, Volney, can tell me if the actual inscription on the tombstone of Maria Clark, daughter of B. D. and E.A. Clark, shows her death year as 1874, not 1871. I found a picture of the tombstone at "find-a-grave.com" but, because of the date of the parents marriage, I believe the transcription is incorrect. Any help or where I can find this info. out, greatly appreciated.
