Searching for: Thorvold Hansen Kirkeby

Several years ago my wife and I purchased an old wood black painted trunk that was Thorvold Hansen Kirkeby's and was used to come to the United States. Dates in the trunk indicate he left Norway on 13 April 1872 and arrived 31 May 1872. We are trying to find out more about Mr. Kirkeby. We believe his destination in Iowa was Allamakee County and possibly Lansing.
