Hello;
I am researching the Edward and Ellen OMara family of Union Prairie Township, Allamakee County, Iowa. Edward and Ellen were married in Ireland in 1858. All of their children were born in Allamakee County. The children were James b/ 1861, Michael b/ 1863, Edward b/ 1865, Mary Ann b/ 1869, Katie b/ 1871, Thomas b/ 1874, William James b/ about 1874 not sure, Ella b/ 1876, Sarah b/ 1878 and Patrick b/ 1881. All births are from census information and could be off. Edward and Ellen farmed in Allamakee County until about 1895. They and the following children ( Sarah, Patrick William) then moved to Wymore, Gage county, Nebraska.
I am searching for more information on this family and who the female members married.
