Lageson family

I'm researching the Lageson families of Center Township, and surrounding areas.

I would be thrilled with any informatin on any Allamakee Lageson, but I am especially interested in the marriage records for Martin Lageson, and death record or obituaries that hints at the parentage of his three different wives.

Martin Lageson b. 1831 Norway, immig. 1853.

I believe he married after he arrived, to Maren Hansdatter (b. 1829). Their first two children were born in Illinois.

Eventually they settled in Allamakee Cty about 1858/59. I believe they had 10 children total.

Maren died 7 Dec 1871.

About 1872 he married Karen Hansdatter (b. 1846). They had 3 children. Karen died 21 Aug 1880.

Martin married Hannah Hansdatter (b. 1849) between 1888 and 1893. They had one child.

Martin died 1901.
