I am trying to find the gravesite and any other records of my 2nd great grandfather, John Jennings, b. 1813, New Jersey, d. after 1880 and before 1900, probably in Waukon. He moved from Wisconsin to Iowa sometime between 1852 and 1859. He shows up on the 1870 and 1880 federal censuses as living in Waukon and was a farmer and probably a blacksmith. His widow Sarah Jennings went to live with her daughter Sarah Sloan in Greeley and is buried there. His daughter Hilan or Helen Jennings married my greatgrandfather John Davies or Davis in Waukon in 1866.
