My Great-Grandfather, Warren Chene Bellows had a sister, Mary Angeline Bellows who Married an Andrew Gantenbein. Mr. Gantenbein was born in 1866. They lived in New Albin in Allamakee Co., Iowa until later in their lives, when they removed to LaCrosse, WI. They had three children; Beryl b. 9 may 1894 (whom I met in 1975), Marguirite b. 27 Mar 1906. She married a John William Collins. And lastly, Milton, b. 31 May, 1910. Milton Gantenbein was a star offensive and defensive end for the Green Bay Packers in the late 30's and early 40's. he died 18 Dec, 1988. To the best of my knowledge, the descendants of this family are now living in the Milwaukee, WI area.
