Buffington ancestry

BUFFINGTON, POUNDS, BUNCE

We have been told that George Andrew Buffington was born in Fayette. I have found record of marriage for John Buffington and Jane Bunce on 27 Sep 1853. I am seeking any further information on this family. Does anyone know any thing about George being a twin ?
