Irma Katherine Johnson, 86, of Caledonia, died Sunday, July 28, 2002, at The Lutheran Home, Caledonia, MN. She was born November 1, 1915, in Allamakee County to George and Caroline (Meyer) Meyer. Irma married John Johnson in Braham, MN, and he preceded her in death in 1971.

She was the beloved mother of Ruth Ann (Lyle) Meyer, Dousman, WI, and Lloyd (Denice) Johnson, Waukesha, WI; step-mother of Donna (Lester) Meyer, New Albin, IA, and Lois (Larry) Woodward, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and sister of Gladys Heitman, New Albin, and Lillian Wuennecke, La Crescent; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Services were held Thursday, August 1, 2 pm, at Haugen-Roble-Jandt Funeral Home, Caledonia with Rev. Rolf Storlie of Immanuel Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Siloa Lutheran Church Cemetery in Braham. Friends called at the funeral home on Thursday from 1 pm until the time of service.
