SERVICES ARE FRIDAY FOR OLGA EBNER

Waukon resident Olga B. Ebner died Jan. 28, at the Good Samaritan Center. She was 88.

She was born in Allamakee County March 3, 1896, a daughter of John and Clara (Haroldson) Lier. She attended local schools and Augustana College in South Dakota. March 3, 1920, she and Harvey Ebner were married in Waukon. He died in 1970.

Mrs. Ebner is survived by a daughter Mrs. Charles (Arla) Bulman of Waukon; two sons, Charles of Preston, MN., and Gordon of Reno, NV., 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Frank (Christine) Keller of Waukon and Mrs. Harold (Martha) Hurm of Lansing. She was predeceased by sisters Helen and Julianne, and a brother Joe.

Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1 with the Rev. Walter Malkewitz conducting the services at St. John's Lutheran Church. Mrs. Ebner was a member of that church and active in church groups. Burial will be in Mays Prairie Cemetery. Pallbearers are Arne, Ronale, John, and Todd Ebner, and Jim, Leonard, David, and Kenneth Bullman.

Visitation is after 2 p.m. Thursday Jan. 31 at Martin's Funeral Home in Waukon.
