Mrs. Chas. Henry Dies on Saturday.

The death of Mrs Charles Henry occurred Saturday at the farm home of her daughter, Mrs. William Duffy, following an extended illness, due to the infirmities of age.

Mary Colsch was born in Germany Feb. 16,1870, and was nearing her 82nd birthday. She came to this vicinity in her girlhood and after her marriage to Charles Henry resided on a farm near Lycurgus for many years. Her husband died 20 years ago and later Waukon became her home.

Four children survive, namely: Mrs. William Duffy, Mrs. Harvey Flage, Theodore and Milton Henry, all of this vicinity. A son George preceded her in death. There are 30 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lycurgus with Bakke-Hanson in charge.
