Dianthe HOLLISTER was born in Manchester, Vermont, Mar 31st, 1806. Was married to James B. HOYT in 1827; moved to Spencer, Mass in 1832, where her husband died. She returned to her native village with her daughter in 1844 and then to Ill., and finally Postville in 1865, continually living in the family of her daughter, Mrs. Julia STONE. She died Jan 31st, 1892, aged 85 years and 10 months.
