Loretta W. Cassidy, 81, formerly of Harpers, died Sunday, May 1, 1994, in Thornton Manor, Lansing, after a lengthy illness. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Waukon. Burial: 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, Wexford Cemetery, rural Harper. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Hansen Funeral Home Waukon.

Survivors include a daughter, Elaine Peterson of Batesville, Miss.; a son John of Waterloo; a sister, Margaret Pladsen of rural Waukon; and a brother John Waters of Houston, Mn.
