Waukon- Funeral services for Oluf Jacobson, 84, were held Tuesday at St. John's Lutheran church and burial was in Oakland cemetery.
Jacobson was a lifelong resident of Allamakee county, having been born in Paint Creek township Aug. 15, 1865. He married Anna E. Bakkum on Aug. 12, 1903.
He is survived by a son, John, Waukon; four brothers, August, Cresco, Andrew, Sever and George, all of Waukon or vicinity; one sister, Mrs. Anna Bergan, Kathryn, N.D.; and one grandchild.
