Harpers Ferry- Leo F. Livingston, 80, died Tuesday, March 15, 1994, in Memorial Hospital, Prairie du Chien, Wis., after a long illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, St. Ann St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial: Paint Rock Cemetery, rural Harpers Ferry. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at the church hall. Hanson Funeral Home, Waukon, is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth; three daughters, Peggy McCormick of Monticello, Jean Livingston of Madison, Wis., and Cathy Piersch of Dubuque; two sons, Bob of Harpers Ferry and Jerry of Monona; and a brother, Paul of Edgewood.
