Waukon- Fred A. Gordon, 73, a farmer, died unexpectedly Friday night at his residence.

Survivors are his wife, Eda; two sons, Ervin of Waukon and Fred Jr. of Dorchester; five daughters, Mabel Turner of Garland, Texas, Virginia Driskill of St. Paul, Minn., Ellen Lenth of Monona, Alyce May of Waukon and Dianne Martin of Waterville; two brothers, Arlie of Lansing and John of West Union; a sister, Grace Turner of Tomah, Wis.; 22 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Services: Monday, 10:30 a.m., St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: after 2 p.m. today at Martin's, where a rosary will be recited at 8 tonight.
