Death came to Mrs. Matt Kelly, aged about 78, at her home in Dorchester last Wednesday, Feb. 19th. Deceased was born Maggie Brady in Winnebago township north of New Albin and after her marriage to Matt Kelly practically her entire life was spent in Dorchester, where for many years they ran the hotel and also done some farming.

The survivors include one son Lawrence, of Washington, D.C., and daughter-in-law, Mrs. Louise Kelly, St. Paul, two brothers, John and Ben Brady, and four grandchildren. her husband and another son Emmet both passed away within a day of each other a year ago next week.
Mrs. Kelly was a good Christian woman, kind neighbor and true friend and leaves a host of friends who will read with regret of her passing. She was a devout Catholic all her life and died fortified by the last rites of the Church she loved so well.

Funeral services were held Saturday morning at St. Mary's Catholic church, Dorchester, Rev. Father Brogan officiating, and burial was in the cemetery adjoining beside her loved ones gone before.
