Waukon, Ia., Jan. 28 - Funeral services were held at St. John's Lutheran church Thursday afternoon for Miss Mallene Moen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Moen of this city, who died at the family home here Tuesday after a lingering illness.

Services were conducted by the Rev. P.F. Kjorloug and burial was made in the Glenwood cemetery in Union Prairie township.

Miss Moen was born Nov. 23, 1909, in Union Prairie and spent her entire life there, coming to Waukon but a year ago with her parents.

Besides her parents, she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Joseph Skeim of Winneshiek county, and the following brothers and sisters, all residing at home: Carlotte, Bernice, Arla, Vivian, Amos, Ralph and Rudolph.
