Lansing, Ia. - Funeral services for Mrs. Thomas Williams, 73, were held here Wednesday afternoon at the home with the Rev. Henry C. Marks officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.

The pallbearers were: Irwin Sess, Peter Hanson, Fred Harlowe, Bob Protsman, Clyde Strong, and Charles Rouster.

Mrs. Williams died suddenly Monday following a heart attack. She was the former Liza Jane Williams and was born Oct. 16, 1869 in Benton County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward C. Williams. She was married Dec. 3, 1890 at Cedar Bluff to Mr. Williams and since 1901 they made their home in Allamakee County.

Surviving are her husband; 10 children, Alfred and Mrs. Herschel Stone, both of Waukon; Mrs. Ben Sweeney of Lansing, John of Urbana, Mrs. Margaret Gouche and Mrs. Vernie Goldberge, both of LaCrosse; Thomas, Jr., of Maquoketa, Ray in the U.S. Navy, Ernie of Onalaska, Wis., and Carl of Gary, Ind.; and several brothers and sisters.

She was preceded in death by two sons and one daughter.
