Mrs. Emma Uhrley died at the University Hospital in Minneapolis, Monday, August 14, from Pernicious anemia. She had been in failing health for a year and had been in the hospital for three months.
Emma Fisher was born June 17, 1873, in Postville, Iowa, where she grew to womanhood. In 1892 she moved with her parents to ??ooming Prairie, Minn., and later to ?ustin, Minn., where she was married about eleven years ago to Ingval Uhrley. Immediately after their marriage she moved to Minneapolis where she lived until her death.
She leaves to mourn her death one son, Almer, nine years old, and three brothers and three sisters. They are Henry of P?rham, Minn.; Mrs. ?red Eberling of Postville; Sam, An??, and Mrs. James Lade of Austin, Minn., and Eli of St. Paul.
She had a loving disposition, was a loving mother, a fine housekeeper, kind neighbor and always ready to help the sick and all who were in distress and will be greatly missed by her little son and brothers and sisters. May she rest in peace.
The body was taken to Austin, accompanied by her brother Eli, and funeral services were held in the St. ???(T or f) Lutheran church. Interment was made at Oakwood cemetery.
