HAZEL T. HOSIER
Services Thursday

Hazel T. Hosier, 79, 305 Monroe
Street, Oregon, died on Monday,
April 5th in her home following an
apparent heart attack.

She was born on October 19th,
1902, in Lansing, Iowa, the
daughter of Lewis and Kathryn
(Randolph) Hurm. She was
married to John S. Hosier on June
3rd, 1925 in Dubuque, Iowa and he
preceded her in death on
December 23rd, 1968.

Mrs. Hosier was also preceded
in death by seven brothers.

She lived in Oregon for the past
44 years and was a member of St.
Mary's Catholic Church, where
she was the homemaker for St.
Mary's Rectory.

Surviviors include five sons,
John of Colonial Heights, Virginia,
Richard of Arroyo Grande,
California, Roger of Winnebago,
Wayne of Falls Church, Virginia
and Donald of Delhi, Iowa; two
daughters, Mrs. Henry (Leola)
Crow, Rockford and Mrs. Robert
(Thelma) Katke of Stillman
Valley; 41 grandchildren; 24
great-grandchildren; two sisters,
Mrs. Mary Rundle and Mrs. Hilda
Conger, both of Milwaukee,
Wisconsin, several nieces and
nephews.

Funeral services will be held at
9:45 a.m. on Thursday in Farrell-
Holland Funeral Home and at 10
a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic
Church with Rev. Anthony J.
Becker, pastor, officiating. Burial
will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Friends may call from 7 to 9
p.m. on Wednesday evening in
Farrell-Holland Funeral Home
where the Rosary will be recited
at 8 p.m.
