Funeral services were held Friday at the Schutte Funeral Home here for Mrs. Charles Senholz, 67, who passed away at a nursing home in Waukon on February 14. The rites were conducted by the Rev. C. E. Witt, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran church. Burial was in Postville cemetery.

Born In Post Township.

Mrs. Charles Senholz (Anna Josephine Heins), the daughter of Henry Heins and his wife, Wilhelmina Martens, was born on October 16, 1888 in Post township, Allamakee county, Iowa. She passed away at the age of 67 years, three months and 29 days on February 14, 1956.

She was baptized on June 12, 1889 in St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Postville, and confirmed in St. Paul's on March 23, 1902.

She was united in marriage to Charles Senholz on December 5, 1929. To this union was born one son, Charles.

Mrs. Senholz had been in ill health since May 1955. On May 19, 1955, she was taken to a nursing home in Waukon, where she lived until the time of her death.

She was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers, Rudolph and Louis Heins and two infant brothers.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Senholz, and her son, Charles; three brothers, William Heins of Luana, Edward Heins of Clermont and Henry Heins of Luana, and one sister, Ella, Mrs. John Bittner of Guttenberg.

Waukon- Mrs. Charles Senholz, 68, a resident of Postville, died Wednesday at a Waukon nursing home where she had been a patient since last May. The Schutte Funeral Home at Postville is in charge of arrangements. Her husband and one son survive.
