Alfred H. Darling, age 75, of Waukon, Iowa died Monday May 18, 1987 at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 20 at Martin Funeral Home with the Rev. Dean Shelly officiating. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery. Casket bearers were Harold, Wilford, Alvin, Ralph, Jeff, and Raymond Buege.

Alfred was preceded in death by a brother Clarence Darling.

Surviving are a stepson Jerry Darling of California, a step-daughter Mrs. Joyce Worster, also of California; several grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Pearl Buege of Waukon, Iowa.
