Adam Michael Duffy

Adam Michael Duffy, son of Joe and Mary Jo (Jacobs) Duffy, was born on Oct. 5, 1992 in Iowa City, Iowa. He died on Feb. 15, 1993 at Iowa City.

He is survived by his parents, his twin brother, Nathan, and his brother Jacob.

Also surviving are grandparents Pete and Pat Duffy of Postville, and Gene and Marge Rzab of Midlothian, Ill.; aunts and uncles Rachel and Gerard Johnson, Glenn and Irene Duffy, and Phil and Mary Jacobs; and cousins Ryan, Erin, Kenny, Sara and Dylan.

Funeral services were held on Feb. 17 at St. Mary's Church in Iowa City, Father Thomas Doyle officiating. Burial was in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Iowa City.
