Funeral services for Benji. Klocke were held from Zion Reformed United Church of Christ on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 with the Rev. Mr. D.D. Kauffman officiating. Interment was in Oakland Cemetery. Mr. Klocke passed away suddenly on April 21 having been in ill health for the past eight months.
Mr. Klocke was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Klocke and was born on April 22, 1891 in Ludlow township. He had lived in Allamakee county all of his life and had been a farmer. He was married on April 4, 1914 to Martha Nagel, who survives.
Martin Bros. Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Pall bearers were Chas. Klocke, Nelson Sherman, Chas. Fogt, Duane Miller, Calvin Shindoll and Howard Leppert.
