John A. Stimpke 1892-1965

Military funeral services for John Stimpke, 73, were held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon April 23, at the Burke Funeral Chapel, Lansing. Rev. Clyde Lee officiated. Burial was made in St. Peter's Memorial Cemetery at New Albin.
Mr. Stimpke passed away Tuesday night at Veteran's Memorial Hospital, Waukon, where he had been a patient for the past 2 weeks.
He was a veteran of World War I and, prior to coming to New Albin had been employed by the Wisconsin State Conservation Commission. He had no known survivors.
