Rites Held For Wm. G. Bulman
William George Bulman, son of George H. and Mary Bulman, was born November 16, 1879 at Dorchester, Iowa. He passed away at his home in Postville on Sunday, January 28, 1962.
William Bulman was married to Martha Emma Luehr on September 20, 1911, at Dorchester. He attended the English Bench, Iowa, school.
He moved to Postville, in 1911, where he opened a studio and was engaged in photography work until 1952 when he retired.
Surviving are his wife; three sons, Howard of Newton, Neil of Sac City and DuWayne of Ames; three grandchildren; one brother, Bert Bulman of Waukon; and one sister, Mrs. John White of Postville.
William Bulman was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church of Postville and a member of the Masonic lodge of Postville.
Funeral services were held at the Schutte Funeral Home on Tuesday, at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Walter T. Martin in charge of the rites. Burial was in the Postville cemetery.
