ELMER W. FRANCK PASSES AT HIS HOME IN MONONA

Elmer William Franck, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Franck, was born January 27, 1900, in Allamakee County, and passed at his home in Monona on November 2, 1928. He was united in marriage to Alice Owen on September 1, 1925, and from that date they made their home in Monona. For several years he followed the carpenter trade but for the past two years has kept himself occupied at other things. He was a member of the Methodist church, the I. O. O. F. and the Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by the wife and two small children, Milton Eugene and Evelyn Dorothy. Besides these he leaves his parents, a brother, George, and two sisters, Mrs. Clara Riehle of McIntire, Iowa, and Mrs. Louise Ziegler of Luana. One sister preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held in the Methodist church on Nov. 5th, conducted by Rev. H. E. Morrow and Rev. R. W. Berg. Burial was made in Monona cemetery conducted by the Odd Fellow Lodge.
