Former Resident Interred In Gary

Alfred C. Harris, 75, of 444 Madison Street, Gary, Indiana, passed away August 3, at his home following a heart attack.

He retired from the Youngstown Steele and Tube company because of ill health.

He is survived by his widow, Laura; daughter Lois, Mrs. Theodore Robertson; sons, Fay and Neil of Gary, Indiana; Glenn of buffalo, New York, and 14 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held from the First church of the Nazarene of which Mr. Harris was a member.

Pallbearers were his six grandsons with burial in Calumne Park, Gary.

The Harris family were residents of the Postville community for many years before moving to Gary in March, 1928.
