Catherine Fahey’s Funeral Is Friday
St. Pat’s Student Died In Rochester Hospital

The death of Catherine Fahey, 17, occurred Tuesday at Rochester, Minn., where she received care the past two weeks for an ailment at first baffling to physicians, but later diagnosed as a blood clot.

Catherine, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Fahey, was born in Union Prairie Township May 10, 1931. She was a member of the senior class of St. Patrick’s school.

Surviving are her parents, a sister Evelyn and three brothers, Paul, Kenneth and Keith, who are assured of the sincere sympathy of friends in the loss of their beloved daughter and sister.

The remains rest at the Bakke-Hanson funeral home until 9:30 o’clock Friday morning when services will be held at St. Patrick’s church. Burial follows in Mount Olivet cemetery.

Pallbearers are Leo O’Malley, John Urell, Francis Stortz, Raphael Rea, John Baxter, Tom Mullaney, Jr.

Catherine Fahey, 17-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Fahey of Union Prairie township and a senior at St. Patrick's high school, died Tuesday in a Rochester, Minn., hospital.
She is survived by her parents; a sister, Evelyn, at home; and three brothers, Carl, Kenneth and Kieth, also at home.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning at St. Patrick's church. Burial will be in Mount Olivet cemetery.
