Services for Ann Ferguson

Funeral services for Anna Ferguson were held Monday, October 3, 1988 at the Schultz Funeral Home in Monona with Pastor Harold O. Ward officiating. Florence Evans was the organist. Mary Zittergruen was the soloist. Burial was in the Monona City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Anthony Stumbo, Marlyn Buerger, Ron Ferguson, Clifton Yearous, Wilbert Topel and Robert Topel. Schultz's Funeral Home, Monona, Iowa was in charge of services.

Anna Ferguson was born May 21, 1909 in Allamakee County, Iowa to parents William and Hermina Witt Timmerman. She received her education in the rural schools of Allamakee County.

On Sept. 30, 1926, Anna was united in marriage to William (Bill) Ferguson in Monona. To this union three children were born. The couple lived in the Allamakee County area all their married life. Anna was a house wife.

Anna died suddenly September 30, 1988 at the Waukon Hospital. Preceding her in death were her parents; 6 brothers, Henry, Fred, Grover, Harry, Herman and Willis; and 2 grandchildren, Randy Ferguson and John Nagel.

Surviving are her husband, William; 2 sons, Jason of Monona, Kenneth of Waukon; 1 daughter, Mrs. Roland (Mary) Nagel of Waukon; 2 brothers, Theodore and Frank of Monona; 3 sisters, Mabel Kruse of Monona, Selda Topel of Waukon and Emma Snitker of Frankville; 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
