Obituary ---Riser

Pauline Louise Riser, daughter of John and Afar Riser, was born at Lansing Ridge, Allamakee county, Iowa, April 12, 1879, and died on March 31, 1928, aged 48 years, 11 months and 19 days. She spent most of her life hereabouts, but the last eight years had lived at Dover, Minn., with her brother, where she died after a long illness. She was always of an affectionate and kindly nature and her presence will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She leaves to mourn her loss, one sister, Rose, of Lansing Ridge; and three brothers, Charles of Dover, Minn., and Fred and Theo. of Sioux City, Iowa. Both parents, four sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.

funeral took place from the home of her brother at Dover, Monday, April 2, Rev. Powell officiating, and interment in Evergreen cemetery.

Out-of-town relatives at the funeral included Edgar Riser, Mrs. Vern Sires and son, Postville, Mrs. Geo. Marti, Lansing; Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Marti, Kasson, Minn.
