Agnes Kiesau

Agnes Kiesau, 84, of Kingsport, TN, died Mon, Dec. 4, 2000 at Indian Path Medical Center, Kingsport.

She was born in Goochland County, VA. She had resided in Kingsport since 1945. She was a graduate of University of Virginia School of Nursing. She was an active member of First Presbyterian Church, Kingsport.

Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Kenneth Kiesau, in 1994; a son, Keith Kiesau, in 1982; her parents; two sisters; and three brothers.

Surviving are her son, Dr. Kyle Kiesau, Spartanburg, SC; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Alvis, Richmond, VA.

Graveside services were conducted Dec. 6 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Kingsport, under the direction of Rev. Gary L.R. Bullard, senior minister of First Presbyterian Church of Kingsport, and Beth Yarborough, First Presbyterian associate minister. The family received friends in the church foyer following the service. Oak Hill Funeral Home, Kingsport, assisted the family.
