Last Rites For Walter Terrell

Walter Terrell, son of Plinley and Eliza Terrell, was born September 17, 1870 in Post Township, Postville, and passed away at the Decorah Hospital, May 24, 1958.

Walter was one of eight brothers and sisters, all of whom have preceded him in death. He leaves to mourn his passing one half brother, George, of Sheffield, and one half sister, Mrs. Reva Bennett of Walker, Minnesota and a host of nephews and nieces.

He received his early education in the rural schools of Post township. All his life was spent in this community where he worked at many different occupations. His talents were many and varied, and he used them in various ways as he labored throughout the community.

Services were held at the Schutte Funeral Home, Tuesday afternoon, with burial in the Minert cemetery. The Rev. Curtis H. Webster of the Forest Mills E. U. B. Church officiating.
