Klein Funeral Monday P. M.

The funeral services of Mrs. Ernest Klein, 92, of Chicago, was held Monday afternoon at Martin Bros. funeral parlors and were conducted by the Rev. E. L. Hennig, pastor of the Zion Evangelical and Reformed church. Burial was made in the family lot in Mays Prairie cemetery.

Mrs. Klein died Friday in a nurseing home where she had been cared for for sometime. She fell and fractured her hip several years ago.

As Emmaretha Sandry she was born in March 1862, on a farm in Lansing township, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Sandry. Since her marriage to Mr. Klein, Chicago had been her home. There his death occurred on Sept. 4, 1951.

An only daughter, Miss Evelyn and a son Ernest Jr., both of Chicago survive. They with the latters wife accompanied the remains to Waukon Sunday.

Mrs. Klein has a number of relatives in Waukon and the Lansing area. The Otto and Williard Martin families of Waukon are relatives.
