Alma Anna Wiebke, 91, Caledonia, died Wednesday, March 23, 1988, at Caledonia Health Care Center, Caledonia, MN.
She was born Sept. 25, 1896, in New Albin, IA, to Herman and Freida (Huelzmeyer) Welper.
She married LeRoy Wiebke Oct. 15, 1918. He died June 4, 1945.
She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid. She was also a member of the Caledonia Senior Citizens and Homemakers Group.
Survivors are a son, LaVerne of Caledonia; five daughters, Belva Schroeder, Delores Heintz, Mavis Klinski and Carol Schwartzhoff, all of Caledonia, MN, and Darlene Doering of Stevens Point, WI; 18 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Caledonia, MN. The Revs. Marvin Doelger and Neil Varnum will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call at Haugen-Roble Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Friends may also call at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday.
