Services Friday for Floyd Beardmore, 64
Waukon – Floyd Beardmore, 64, died Tuesday morning at a Rochester hospital. A native of Union City township, he lived all his life on a farm in the township.
He is survived by his wife, the former Gladys Halverson, to whom he was married Nov. 23, 1944. Other survivors are seven brothers, Eben, Lansing; Arthur and Frank, Dorchester, Charles and Joseph, New Albin; Leonard, Waukon; Stanley, British Columbia; and a sister, Mrs. George Weber, Dorchester.
Services: Friday at 1:30 p.m., Mt. Hope Presbyterian church. The body is at the Martin Funeral home.
