Arranging Rites for Waukon Business Man
Waukon – Fred Hausman, 61, owner and manager of the H and H Shoe store here for many years, died Tuesday.
A native of this area, he is survived by his wife, and 2 children, Mrs. Eaton Cote and John Hausman, 2 sisters and a brother, Mrs. Theodore Welper, Mrs. George Phillips and Frank, all of Waukon.

His body is at the Martin funeral home.

Services: Friday at 2, St. Paul’s Methodist church

Date of Birth: 12 Feb 1900
Date of Death: 02 May 1961

The date of the obit is listed as 1981, but should be 1961.

This person is related to me though marriage, so I do have additional information on the family if anyone is interested.
