Donald Boese

Donald Boese, of Waukon, formerly of Postville, passed away passed away Wednesday Nov. 8, 2006, in Northgate Care Center in Waukon. He was 72.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 18, at 2 p.m., at McKee Manor, Waukon. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Schutte Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements

Donald Boese was born November 11, 1933, to Robert and Dorothy (Freeman) Boese at Postville.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Robert, Leo, Harold, John, and Ed Boese, a sister, Dorothy (Norman) Johnson. Surviving are a brother, Frank Boese, Postville, a sister, Katherine Glick, Anamosa, sisters-in-law, Virginia Boese, Florida and Jane Boese, Davenport, a special friend, Maureen Radloff, Waukon, and several nieces and nephews.
