Died, at Dorchester at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Burroughs in the 74th year of her age.

Mrs. Burroughs had been in poor health for some time. The last few weeks the end was looked for nearly every moment. Some two years ago her husband preceeded her to the grave, since which time she has made her home with her children.

Grandma Burroughs as she was familiarly called was truly a kind old lady, a good neighbor and was loved by old and young, especially the children.

She leaves two sisters and five children; three sons and two daughters, to mourn the loss of a kind and loving mother.

The funeral was held from the Catholic church at Dorchester on Monday morning at 10 o'clock, burial taking place west of Dorchester, the Rev. Fr. McCullough preaching the sermon.
