Mrs. Kenneth (Leona) Wiese, 71 of Hokah, Minn., died Friday (Feb. 5, 1982) in St. Francis Medical Center here.
She was born in Foley, Minn., Feb. 4, 1911, the daughter of Joseph and Leona Schulte Teff.
She was a member of the Christian Mothers and the Alter Society of St. Peter’s Parish, Hokah.
Survivors include her husband, five daughters; Mrs. Laverne (Shirley) Link, Minot, N. D.; Mrs. Elaine Tschumper, Stanchfield, Minn.; Mrs. Joseph (Mary) Vernaci, Vista, Calif.; Mrs. Robert (Louella) Becker and Mrs. James (Carol) Mauss, Hokah; five sons; Richard of Oceanside, Calif.; Robert of Blackwood, N.J.; Kenneth of Brownsville, Minn.; Gary of La Crosse, Stephen, Eagan, 34 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, six sisters; Mrs. Irene Dunham and Mrs. Irma Weise, La Crosse; Mrs. Leroy (Genevieve) Bissen, Spokane, Wash.; Mrs. Les (Dorothy) Wolff, Le Sueur, Minn.; Mrs. Peter (Margaret) Kappa, Spring Hill, Fla.; and Mrs. Francis (Idella) Schendzielof of Colorado Springs, Col.; and one brother; Joseph Teff of Foley, Minn.
Her parents, one son, one sister, and one brother are dead.
Funeral services will be at 10:15a.m. Monday at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home, La Crescent, Minn., and 11 a.m. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Hokah, the Rev. John Traufler officiating. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Hokah.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Rosary will be said at 8 p.m.
