Hiller Metzdorff

New Albin, Iowa - Hiller Metzdorff, 58, of New Albin died Monday, Sept 25, while working on a barn roof north of Lycurgus.

He was born Sept 26, 1909 in New Albin to Mr. and Mrs. Peter Metzdorff.

He is survived by his widow, the former Anne Hayes, several children, sisters and stepbrothers.

Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Rev. Edgar Kolfenbach officiating, and burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends were asked to call at the Burke Funeral Home in Lansing Wednesday afternoon and evening
