Elizabeth "Betty" Aglipay, 91, of Cathedral City died Sept. 29, 2005, at home of natural causes.
She was born Sept. 5, 1914, in Postville, Iowa.

She was a child-care provider and a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughter, Desiree Rangel of Cathedral City; three grandchildren, Cindie Garcia of Cathedral City, Dan Quinal of Rancho Mirage and Jon Rangel of Lake Forest; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Aglipay.

Interment will be at Forest Lawn Mausoleum in Cathedral City.

Arrangements are under the direction of Hemet Valley Mortuary.
