Local Woman is Interred Today - Mrs. Henry Pausch Died Late Saturday

Funeral services for Mrs. Henry Pausch, 73, were held this afternoon from the late home of deceased to Bethlehem church in Ludlow township, conducted by the Rev. G.F. Reibert. Burial followed in the nearby cemetery.

Her death occurred Saturday afternoon at her home on Hardin street, from a complication of diseases following a week's illness.

Martha Stock was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Stock, early settlers in Ludlow township, where she was born on May 6, 1875, and grew to womanhood.

Her marriage to Henry Pausch occurred on March 29, 1899, and for forty years they resided on the Pausch homestead in Ludlow.

About nine years ago they gave the farm to their only son Harvey and purchased residence property in Waukon where her death occurred.

Besides her husband and son, she is survived by three sisters and four brothers, namely: Mrs. Minnie Grotegut, Frankville; Mrs. Tillie Hermeier, and Mrs. Mary Pausch, Ludlow township, William Stock, Lexington, Nebr., Fred and Ed, Ludlow township, and Charles of Waukon. Also two grandchildren, Bernard and Marilyn Pausch. A brother and five sisters preceded her in death.
