Relatives here have received news of the death of Mrs. Arthur Beedy, which took place at Portland, Oregon, last Thursday, caused by pneumonia.

The deceased was aged 59 years. Her maiden name was Mary Hughes. One brother, Robert Hughes, and other relatives reside here. She is survived by her husband and eight grown up sons and daughters.
